EMPP team won defamation case against Russian media

EMPP litigation team led by Partner Petr Shevtsov and Counsel Andrey Kornitskiy acted for a plaintiff in his successful legal action brought against a Russian federal media channel. The defamation case involved allegations of internet defamation arising from comments that were published by the defendant via its site and YouTube channel. The commercial court of two instances ordered the defendants to remove all the defamatory matters related to the client of EMPP law firm.
