EMPP advised on the acquisition of a minority stake in Eurasia Mining

EMPP advised a strategic advisor to the Board of Eurasia Mining PLC (AIM: EUA) on the acquisition of 25.472% of the share capital of Deloan Investments Limited, a company holding 275,377,066 shares in Eurasia Mining. As result, the client became an owner of a 2.82% indirect interest in Eurasia Mining shares.

Eurasia Mining is a platinum and gold focused production company quoted on the London Stock Exchange AIM market, with an operating mine in the Urals region of Russia.
