EMPP Law Firm is pleased to announce that a seasoned professional Anton Yakhimovich has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice as of Counsel.

Anton has served companies in the nanobiotechnology, information technology and defense industries, as well as liaising with government authorities for more than 19 years.

Anton has successfully participated in the development and implementation of legal mechanisms of the pilot project for the establishment of national research infrastructures; reorganization of companies - operators of major research facilities; creation of a complex for the production of radiopharmaceuticals and radiation diagnostics; modernization of mega-science class facilities; legal support of the participation of Russian companies in international projects such as CERN, XFEL, FAIR.

Anton holds a PhD in Law (Lomonosov Moscow State University) and LLM in Corporate Law (Edinburgh Law School, University of Edinburgh).
