Support of the project on legal due diligence of a group of industrial companies with assets of more than 1 bln. Roubles

On September 30, 2018, the EMPP team under the leadership of partner Oleg Bychkov completed support of the project on legal due diligence of a group of industrial companies with assets of more than 1 billion rubles. The project required a comprehensive examination by EMPP in terms of multiple reorganizations, application of anti-trust legislation and special legislation on requirements for the protection of industrial facilities.
