The law on investment consultants, a new layer of regulation in Russia, came into force: overview of the EMPP partner Oleg Bychkov

It’s been a year and today – on 21st December, 2018 there comes into force a law which establish a new field for the game in the market of investment consultants. If earlier this field was not regulated, now the rules of the game are introduced and have to be observed.
